This will be another fun filled evening of learning more about wonderful Greek food! Keftethakia, Horiatiki Salata, Kota Kapama with Spageto me Kavto Voutyro, and Rizogalo. I look forward to starting the evening with the classic Greek Village Salad (Horiatiki Salata). Our Entrée will be Chicken Pot Roast (Kapama) served with pasta with a browned butter and mizithra. We all love the rice pudding (Rizogalo) and my mother-in-law has a fabulous recipe! And maybe, just maybe, another surprise recipe or two?!
